We want you to feel confident in every mile you run, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all Happystride gear. If your new equipment isn't the perfect fit for your performance needs, we'll help you get back on track with a seamless return process.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely fix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will issue your refund or exchange once the gear clears inspection.
